/embed view

Preview a saved embed without sending it to a channel. Use this command to check the appearance, content, and formatting of your embed before posting, so you can make sure everything looks just right.

💬 Usage

/embed view <name>

• <name> – The name of the embed you want to preview (must match a saved embed)

/embed view WelcomeMessage

This will:

• Display the “WelcomeMessage” embed in your current channel as a preview

• Let you review your embed’s fields, images, and overall design before sending or editing

• Help you catch any mistakes or needed adjustments before sharing the embed with your server

🗃️ Notes

• Previews are only visible in the channel where you run the command

• This command does not send a permanent message—just a temporary preview

• Great for double-checking embeds before using /embed send

• If you see something to change, edit with /embed edit and preview again
