/embed edit
Edit an existing embed message that you created. Use this command to bring up the selected embed with interactive buttons, allowing you to update its title, description, color, author, footer, images, and more—all directly within Discord.
💬 Usage
/embed edit <name>
<name>
– The name of the embed you want to edit (must match an existing saved embed)
📌 Example
/embed edit WelcomeMessage
This will:
Display the embed named “WelcomeMessage” in the current channel
Show interactive buttons below the embed so you can edit fields like title, description, author, footer, color, thumbnail, image, and more
Save your changes instantly so the embed is always up-to-date
🗃️ Notes
Only the creator of the embed or users with the appropriate permissions can edit embeds
Changes take effect immediately and are saved to your server’s embed list
Editing an embed does not resend or update any messages already posted using the old version; you must resend the updated embed manually if needed
Editing is done entirely via Discord modals and buttons—no complicated command syntax required
