> When you see commands like this:\
> `/giftlist <@user> <book title> <author>`\
> The `< >` brackets mean a **required field**, and `[ ]` means **optional**.
>
> When typing commands in Discord, **do not include the brackets**.\
> Just type: `/giftlist @user The Hobbit Tolkien`
